Every research performing organisation is different. Therefore each participating research center in LIBRA has its internal team, which is participating in the Gender Equality Plan development to ensure it is perfectly tailored. However, those local efforts will be coordinated by the CRG (LIBRA's coordinator), who will also oversee the implementation and the developement of a sustainability plan.

Objectives:

1. Set the framework to design and implement Gender Equality Plans in a participatory process
2. Design and implement Gender Equality Plans
3. Gender Equality Plans closure and design/implementation of sustainability plan
